Or you can kick back in the village of Mahahual where you can enjoy the sun-drenched beach.

Really take it up a notch and go snorkeling and explore the colorful underwater world of Banco Chinchorro, the largest coral atoll in the northern hemisphere.

Port of Call: Cozumel, Mexico

If Mexico and the Caribbean had a baby, it would be Cozumel.  You can explore the ancient ruins in Tulum, enjoy the beach or experience a dolphin encounter at Chankanaab.  You can even explore life in the ocean in a miniature submarine.  There are also a variety of private beach options like Playa Mia. If shopping is your thing, there are plenty of bargains to be found in Cozumel, including great prices on pure vanilla.

Port of Arrival: Galveston, TX

After an incredible Western Caribbean cruise, it's time to get back to reality as we arrive in Galveston, TX.  If you're fortunate enough to have a little extra time, we recommend an extra couple days to wind down in this beautiful coastal city.  Afternoons in Galveston are typically filled with sun, seafood and southern charm.  Explore Moody Garden's interactive wildlife exhibits or ride the sky-high Ferris wheel at Pleasure pier.
